ZenOfMe is an editorial project about meditation and rest. Behind the brand there is a person, not a large company. This page exists because UK law asks us to identify ourselves clearly — and we think that's fair: trust is built this way too.

Use of artificial intelligence
At ZenOfMe we use artificial intelligence as a tool: some images on this site are AI-created and labelled as such. We also use AI to assist writing. We will never present something as a real person when it isn't.
Voices in the practices
The voices in our guided practices are synthetic, generated with artificial intelligence from ZenOfMe scripts. They are not recordings of a person narrating or guiding a live session, and are not attributed to human therapists or narrators. This explanation applies to the practices in both Spanish and English.
