Health Disclaimer

At ZenOfMe we talk about calming the mind and resting better. We want to be just as clear about what we do not do:
- The content on this site — articles and guided practices — is educational, general-wellbeing content. It is not medical or psychological advice, and it does not replace diagnosis, treatment or guidance from a healthcare professional.
- ZenOfMe does not diagnose or treat any health condition. Meditation can accompany your rest, but it is not a treatment.
- If your difficulties sleeping persist, or you notice they are affecting your daily life, your mood or your health, see your doctor or a healthcare professional. Doing so is not a failure: it is taking care of yourself.
- If you are under treatment, do not change or stop it because of anything you read or hear here. Talk to your professional first.
- Practise the meditations somewhere safe. Do not listen to the audio while driving or operating machinery: it is designed to relax you — and some of it, to help you fall asleep.
- If a practice ever makes you feel unwell, stop. Listening to yourself is part of the path too.
By using ZenOfMe's content you confirm that you understand and accept this disclaimer.
